PRE EVENT
Attendees are highly encouraged to get vaccinated or boosted, if eligible.
Â
Please minimize exposure in the days immediately prior to the event. Attendees are strongly encouraged to take a COVID-19 test within 24 hours of the event. Molecular or PCR tests are preferred over antigen.
If you test positive, please do not attend the event, quarantine, and follow local guidance.Â
If you or members of your household are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms prior to the event, regardless of test results, we ask you to please stay home.
Â
DURING THE EVENT
It’s recommended that attendees practice CDC COVID prevention guidance. The guest list was capped at 60% of the theater capacity to prioritize distance between attendees.
For the safety of our community and due to rising cases in NYC & LA, we require each attendee to wear a mask unless a mask would create a greater health or safety risk, except while actively eating and drinking. KN95 masks will be available at the event entrance.Â
Hand sanitizer will be located in the theater lobby, near restrooms, and at the screening room entrance.
- An ASL interpreter will be on site at both events for the panel.
- Both theaters are fully accessible with all necessary equipment for viewing. Please note the Audio Descriptions and Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will be on for the entire theater audience through the sound systems for the screenings.
- Accessible seating is available to those using wheelchairs (though wheelchair seating will be limited in NY so please note if you'll need this accommodation in your registration), as well as accessible bathrooms.
- Support staff will be on site for those who need help finding their seats, way finding or exiting the building.
